Otherwise you can fly from Manila, Cebu or other places of the Philippines to Puerto Princesa airport with Cebu Pacific, Philippines Airlines or Air Asia, and from there travel by land which takes around 5-6 hours to reach El Nido.

Vans depart regularly from the San Jose Terminal in Puerto Princesa and take around 5-6 hours to reach El Nido.
