Wellcome to Serenity hotel. We strive to provide a seamless and stress-free experience for our guests, which is why we have put together a comprehensive hotel manual and set of rules to ensure that everyone enjoys a safe and comfortable stay.

Upon request and under availability we can manage your drop off to any part of El Nido town.
Breakfast from 7:15am to 10:00am
Filipino breakfast, pancake or omelet. Choose your breakfast for a small additional cost to start your day with energy. Just delivered directly to your room. Remember to order it the day before.
Reception
From 7h to 20h except Serenity team days off, which will be announced on the boards at the recption. However, you can always reach us through email or chats, and we will be more than happy to assist you with any inquiries or concerns you may have.
Wi-Fi
While our complimentary Wi-Fi may not be ideal for digital nomads due to its speed, it is available in all our rooms for your convenience.
Refill purified water for free
At the reception there is a purified water blue dispenser. Feel free to refill the jar in your bedroom or even better, refill and reuse your plastic bottle collaborating to keep El Nido clean.
Housekeeping service
We provide housekeeping service upon request to minimize our environmental impact. However, if you require cleaning during your stay, our staff will be happy to accommodate your needs.
Laundry service
Our hotel offers laundry service for your convenience for a small additional cost with a turnaround time of 24 to 48 hours.
First Aid Kit
There is a basic first aid kit in the reception. The red box. Feel free to use it under your responsibility if needed. For emergencies please refer to Health Care information here.
Parking
We kindly ask our guests not to park their motorbikes inside the hotel premises. However, there is ample parking available outside the premises and a designated parking area can be found just a little further down the alley to the left.
Aircon switched off
For the sake of energy conservation and safety, we kindly request our guests to turn off the air conditioning unit whenever leaving the room. Thank you for helping us promote a sustainable environment.
No smoking inside your room
Please be advised that smoking inside the rooms is not allowed for the comfort and safety of all our guests. However, we kindly request that smokers use the outdoor areas outside their rooms. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Don’t flush toilet paper
To prevent any plumbing issues and due to the absence of a sewage system in El Nido, and to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities, we kindly request that only human waste be disposed of in the toilet. For the disposal of other items, such as toilet tissues, tampons and sanitary napkins, please use the provided trash bin. Thank you for helping us maintain a sustainable and clean environment.
No food no little bugs
To avoid attracting all kind of animals, such as bugs and insects inside the rooms and to ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, we kindly request that food is not consumed inside the room. We suggest utilizing the mini-fridge in your room to store any food items.
No party no noise
To ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay for all our guests, we kindly request that noise be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 6am, which are our designated resting hours. Thank you.
Don’t lose your Key
We kindly remind our guests to keep their room key safe during their stay, as losing it will incur a fee for a replacement. Thank you for your cooperation.
Generator hours from 6pm to 10pm
In the event of power outages from Paleco (Palawan electric cooperative company), our generator will be in operation from 6pm until 10pm to minimize noise and pollution. We appreciate your understanding and hope that you can still enjoy the breathtaking starry night sky in El Nido during this time.
